Support
Couchy is made by Carat International LLC.
For anything at all, including a report you have already filed in the app, email support@caratinternational.net.
Every report is read by a person. We aim to act within 24 hours. In the app you can report or block anybody from a friend request, from your friends list, or by holding down one of their messages in a chat party.
Settings, then Delete account. It removes your account, your friends, your messages and your chat parties. Reports you have filed are kept, because they are part of somebody else's moderation record.
Couchy is a paid subscription billed through your Apple Account. Manage or cancel it any time in your Apple Account settings.
